You will experience traditional & contemporary Greek food & have the opportunity to be part of the cooking by being assistant chef to chef Spiros, you can be hands on or sit back relax & enjoy amazing Greek food.

*Santorini Salad - cherry tomato's, cucumber, spring onions, capers, caper leaves & chloro cheese

*Tomatokefdethes - Santorini Tomato balls - traditional santorini tomato fritters

*Pastistio - Traditional pasta bake with beef mince & béchamel sauce

*Keftethakia - mini beef balls with aromatic herbs

*Fried potatoes

*Lamb Rack - Olive crusted succulent Greek Lamb, with an eggplant pure.

*Milokopi (white fish) - Sauté Filets served with pure of celery-root, broccoli , garlic & herbs
